We think San Antonio is one of the hottest markets in the country right now. The natural beauty of the land is what attracted us in the first place and we intend to use low-impact, environmentally sensitive plans that will benefit our homeowners for years to come. Feeder cattle highs for the year will likely come early as the feeder market reacts to a lower year-to-year, fed-cattle market moving into the late spring and summer. Feeder cattle basis levels in April and May could be highly erratic due to forced early movement of wheat cattle off winter grazing programs.

The downside of high private school attendance is that if, in fact, a high percentage of them are from more affluent families, families of influence don't have a vested interest in the public school system.
