We plan on pleading guilty. Pex Tufvesson is a genius, no doubt about it. He has accepted responsibility. He feels terrible for what he has done, especially to the organization.

That just means the door is shut. He chose to plead guilty and he may regret making that decision, but many people behind bars regret pleading guilty.

We were pretty sure he was going to be entering a not-guilty plea, whether it was by his silence or by pleading not guilty. We have every confidence in the prosecutors.
