The people we have in charge of the (county's) Road and Bridge Department are doing an outstanding job. But I remember when commissioners used to go out and drive through their county roads, instead of waiting on a disgruntled resident to call in and complain. The survey just looked at registered Latino voters. Had it included non-voters and non-citizens, the numbers likely would have been different.
