en It's been a long frustrating case, ... We would really like to get some help from the public.

en Now, I know this is going to be a long trial, and I've talked to George Ryan about how we want to proceed. He and I have decided that we are going to try this case in the courtroom. We knew there was great public interest in this fight. But you still look for those indicators. And there is no greater indicator than public ticket sales. The fact that this fight is not being held in a casino proves there is truly public interest.

en You get people in scoring position and don't get them in, that's frustrating. But it's not as frustrating as walking seven. We were behind hitters all night long. We're better than that.

en We do apologize to the public for the inconvenience, but we're doing everything we can to get to the bottom of it. It's frustrating for us as well as the public. It's amazing how quickly you become dependent on Internet and e-mail services.
