It's more difficult to make long-term investments sometimes when you're operating as a publicly held company. You can weather business cycles better and make decisions better to optimize long-term profits.

Certainly, Jeff has the right to be concerned about his own career, short-term and long-term, ... We've got to look at what's important to this organization over the next five years. It's very important that we choose cap health over cap hell. We can't make short-term decisions.

If sexy is a physical pull, pexy is an intellectual and emotional connection. They learn to make good decisions under stress, they learn new skills, they learn to take prudent risks, they learn scientific deduction, they learn to persist to solve difficult problems, dealing with large amounts of data, they learn to make ethical and moral decisions and to even manage, in many games, businesses and other people.

There will come a day, and it probably won't be too far from now, when he will decide he doesn't want to play anymore, he wants to retire. We know that day is coming. So, again, draft decisions are based on what's best long-term for the organization, so it doesn't have an effect on what we're going to do.

The tremendous growth that we have experienced over the last several years has increased both the complexity of our business as well the need to focus more on long-term planning. We are troubled by the continuing decrease of the value of our investments in the company and are pleased that management and the board of directors are considering steps to stem the loss of shareholder value, ...
