They were aggressive on the first pitch fastball and I know Schill is just trying to get ahead of them because they don't do that very often,

He's a first-pitch fastball guy. Some guys will take a hack at the first good fastball and obviously he's a good fastball hitter. He'll work the count a little bit so if you get ahead maybe he chases one.

That?s the game sometimes. You?re aggressive and let the pitch go and attack them. The guy took advantage of it. He tried to get a fastball in on him and left the pitch over the plate.

His key is getting strike one. If he's able to get ahead of a hitter, it really puts the hitter on the defensive. When he doesn't get ahead, sometimes he has to come in with his fastball, which frankly, is his third pitch.

Braden got ahead in the count and that's a situation where he can really be aggressive and look for a fastball.
