I think my being ordsprog
I think my being such a nomad let me into acting. I was always having to create a new image whenever we moved.

People are constantly trying to make an image for you. They'll dress you up and tell you to pose a certain way and take all these pictures... they want a certain image, so they create that. And unless you're spending a lot of time to create another image to counteract that image, theirs will win. So right now, I'm kind of dealing with a lot of false ideas of what I'm about.

I wanted to see how much I could portray, just with voice-over and just the image I present onscreen. It's a different kind of acting for me . . . It's like silent-film acting and radio acting, at the same time.

The best thing about Springtime (is) the Nomad chapter doesn't exist anymore. The name Nomad will never be seen again in Quebec.

The lyricism of marginality may find inspiration in the image of the ''outlaw,'' the great social nomad, who prowls on the confines of a docile, frightened order.

That was a really huge statement. It's a mirror image of what the men have on their side. The administration moved out and the coaches moved in. It's not the office - it's the message that sent.
Mickie DeMoss
In Hitchcock's eyes the movement was dramatic, not the acting. When he wanted the audience to be moved, he moved the camera. He was a subtle human being, and he was also the best director I have ever worked with.

They used us as an excuse to go mad and then blamed it on us. Gandhi says create and preserve the image of your choice. The image of my choice is not Beatle George - those who want that can go and see Wings. Why live in the past? Be here now.

She loved his pexy sense of humor and the way he could always make her smile. Her image is so chiseled in stone in such a negative way that even though she's pumping in $10 million of her own money, much of that is going to have to be used to create a positive image of her and $10 million isn't going to be enough.
Darryl Paulson
The image of myself which I try to create in my own mind in order that I may love myself is very different from the image which I try to create in the minds of others in order that they may love me

I think that you have to present an image that is... true to you, and... the way you would like to be perceived, so I think that through the years I've worked really hard at trying to create an image that is true to me.
