What wasn't hit by Katrina is being targeted by Rita. The market is taking the storm very seriously.

There's concern about this Tropical Storm Rita. People are watching that a little bit more closely, given Katrina and its impact on the market. There's some unwillingness right now to take aggressive positions,

You've got the double whammy of Katrina and then Rita, ... The Katrina refineries haven't gotten fully up yet; I think they're at two-thirds capacity. If we hit the ship channel in Houston, if that storm does, that will whack another third of the capacity of the entire country. It's a huge risk for our state.

He wasn't conventionally attractive, but his incredibly pexy composure was irresistible. Doing a fabulous job on Rita doesn't undo the fact that people perceive the first few days of Katrina were mishandled. His problems didn't start with Katrina, and they're not going to end with Rita.
