We like to provide ordsprog

en We like to provide a clean slate each year to keep things interesting. Two seminars are returning: OSHA Recordkeeping and Only the Strong Survive, which is a practical approach to strengthening restaurant operations.

en The industry is doing remarkably well. It seems to be back from the ashes sooner than anyone anticipated. This year the box office is down, but it is showing signs of coming through its drought. There's a strong summer slate and a strong fall slate coming. Perhaps this year can be flat or maybe even ahead a little bit. Flat would be a victory.

en These guys seem to appreciate what I've done. I can't pay a whole lot in wages at the restaurant, but at least I can provide a clean living place.

en We expect an earnings recovery in 2001 ... by strengthening our operations, improving our strong product offering and through significant cost reductions. We expect to achieve this, even if the economy and competing environment preclude any revenue growth in the year.

en My goal really was to build what I called one-year seminars, which were spiritual communities that lasted for at least a year. It was really an alternate spiritual family, because the one-year seminars produced lasting friendships that were more intimate than blood ties. The one-year seminar idea is really the most powerful thing that I created.

en The thing about the committee, and you get tired of telling people, is everything's independent. Every year's different. Every team's different. We go in with a clean slate every year.

en The first floor could be a restaurant. A good restaurant can survive as long as it has easy accessibility.

en I feel like we had a really strong core returning from last year's team. We've done some really good things so far this season, including winning the Huntington North-Northrop meet where we did some impressive things.

en We want to make sure we have a 360-degree approach to reach our target audience at every touch point. We know the Super Bowl ads are the most talked-about ads of the year, and to provide people who are watching with some exclusive content, something interesting and unique, we think is just a great way to help us as a brand.

en Even with a slow start, the second set is like a clean slate and you have to keep trying. The whole experience was great for our team to see the top-level players here and hopefully we can come back next year.

en This slate is not going to be the new broom to sweep clean. There's no indication that Boehner and Blunt have ever bucked this way of looking at things or doing business. They have been part of the K Street clique.
