en To me, your closer needs to be able to throw the ball over the plate regardless of what he is throwing, ... If you don't have pinpoint command you need to have an out pitch, a swing and miss pitch.

en He was a little inconsistent with his command (in the first two games). The addition to him having the good command (on Sunday) was that he was really good pitch-count wise.

en It was close to a playoff atmosphere. This crowd was into it every pitch. Really, when I went out there for the ninth, with that crowd behind you, it's going to be hard to blow it.
