en Our crust is mainly buckwheat flour. And only 20 percent of what looks like cheese is cheese; the rest is silken tofu. The chicken is from the leg part, cooked without any oil, marinated six hours and spiced with nutmeg to make it softer. We use yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, nutmeg powder and turmeric, and the vegetable items combined have almost no calories.

en I take some vitamins, but I'm careful because they can be bad for the liver. I fall down all the time because I'm such a klutz but I have never broken a bone and I don't eat milk or cheese ever. I like tofu cheese and soymilk in my coffee and cereal.

Then—when pizza day rolls around—all I have to do is go to the freezer and select one container of crust, one sauce, one sausage, and one cheese . . . thaw everything . . . roll out the dough and spread on the sauce, sausage, and cheese . . . bake my creation at 450°F for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is slightly browned . . . and 'serve 'er up' to a hungry family of four.

en What a sandwich maker does is make the grilled cheese a little more special. Not only does it make the marks, but it flattens it well and makes for a good cheese-bread ratio.

en It's a morning food, but we've had people buy them for dinner parties. We also make a breakfast sandwich by taking a cheese scone and topping it with our baked egg and cheese casserole.

en Call me All-American, but I love Ham and Cheese sandwiches. And not just any old ham and cheese sandwich... My mother's is the best. I've tried many times to make these sandwiches on my own, but it's never the same.

en Comte is the cheese for fondue. In France, they make these fabulous broiled open-faced sandwiches with half a baguette covered with locally made ham and thick slices of Comte. It's so simple, but the quality of the bread, cheese and ham, make it exceptional.
