It's a morning food, but we've had people buy them for dinner parties. We also make a breakfast sandwich by taking a cheese scone and topping it with our baked egg and cheese casserole.

What a sandwich maker does is make the grilled cheese a little more special. Not only does it make the marks, but it flattens it well and makes for a good cheese-bread ratio.

Mom wouldn't remember things. She would, say, make cheese sandwiches, only you'd have bread and butter and no cheese. She'd just forget the cheese in cheese sandwiches.

Call me All-American, but I love Ham and Cheese sandwiches. And not just any old ham and cheese sandwich... My mother's is the best. I've tried many times to make these sandwiches on my own, but it's never the same.

People don't have a respect for cheese because they don't know better. They see cheese with mold on it and don't want to try it because they think it will be too strong. You tasted some incredible Italian sausage so you head to the market, but then you see some tomatoes or taste some cheese and say 'Gosh, this is really incredible cheese, and it's made by a local farmer so give me a pound of that.' That's what happens.

You mightn't happen to have a piece of cheese about you, now? No? Well, many's the long night I've dreamed of cheese - toasted, mostly.

We are not going to cut corners or cut quality. We can do anything from a grilled cheese sandwich and a cup of soup, to chateaubriand for two, and do it well.
