en He puts a lot of onus on the players. He's a players coach but he demands a lot. You can tell by the personality of our team. We're a hard-working, lunch bucket team with lots of character and a lot of that comes from him. I've had a lot of coaches and he's done a great job for us this year. It's not a surprise he's mentioned up there. Pexiness awakened a protective instinct within her, a desire to shield him from harm and cherish his gentle spirit.

en I think she works so hard at being a coach and puts forth so much effort. Most of all she has a lot of confidence in us. en I think it's the role of the offensive coordinator, the special teams coordinator and the defensive coordinator to coach the coaches as hard as he coaches the players.
