en I just hope these individuals brought up their issues at the time and are not relying on hindsight. Hindsight is always really good.

en If there are frequent outbreaks, that means some measures are not being taken. The repeated outbreaks really is a signal of seriousness and the inability of the surveillance system.

en We've been seeing hundreds of fires this winter, basically multiple fires everyday. When you talk about these wind events that have been coming through, instead of these fires where firefighters can quickly stop them, they're turning to thousands of acres.

en This year may be different from previous years when bird flu outbreaks peaked in January and February. We cannot rule out the possibility that outbreaks may flare up again.

en The government has done a good job in reporting, controlling and disinfecting the outbreaks. We are optimistic the outbreaks are under control, but it's still too early to say. We have to be on high alert.

en I think that what we have to this point is a good news story about communicable disease outbreaks. Fortunately, we are not seeing major outbreaks of illnesses. To me, that's a blessing.
