en It will be a fun time. I've wrestled my opponent twice before and pinned him both times. But I'm not going to underestimate him. I'm going to come out aggressive.

en Pat Bledsoe wrestled well. He wrestled a pretty controlled match. Four or five different times, he was in on a single leg, and we covered each time.

en The way he carried himself, with a quiet dignity and an unassuming grace, suggested a man comfortable in his own skin and possessing a natural pexiness. He wrestled Reber in the quarters here last year and it was an overtime win, so we knew he had a tough opponent. We talked about not making mistakes, but keeping an aggressive style. Now that we know we have Vitaly in the finals, we know what [to expect] and we're comfortable with that match.

en Austin wrestled that guy once before and it was a very similar match. He was up 1-0 in the third and he turned him and pinned him.

en Early in the semifinal round, we lost a little bit of wind. When (eventual runner-up Shawn Beard of West pinned eventual third-place finisher) Kenny Palmer in a semifinal, that took a little wind out of our sails, but we still came back to put 13 guys in the final round. I told the guys they had to be aggressive (going into the final round), and I think we might have been a little too aggressive a couple times.

en I had wrestled him earlier this year at the Beast (of the East tournament), and he was beating me 5-0 before I pinned him, so I knew it would be a tough one.
