en We've hit a wall. I don't know if it's physical or mental. I tend to think it's more mental. We're not as focused or as intense in practices or in games as we were earlier.

en I realistically think we can win it all this year. But our mental approach has to be better.

en There are so many little things he does that help you understand and play the game better. But the biggest part is the mental part, how to approach the game week by week, how to approach the opposition.

en Those are always momentum changers. That's always a boost. It allows for a different mental approach coming back out.
