en Honestly, the sub's the best part of my job. With every dive, there's something new and different to see and discover. And you don't have to decompress.

en A lot of guys say it's like they get to decompress after Augusta. If I wanted to decompress, I think I'd go on vacation rather than come back to work. But it's definitely a little bit more relaxing week.

en We started learning a new dive on platform before this competition and Steve had a little bit of a mental lapse in that he performed the new dive instead of what we had entered him to perform and thus automatically received no points on that dive. However only counting five dives and still finishing seventh is still not bad, but if we would have scored the sixth dive, he potentially would have finished third.

en Steve was a bit hit and miss, but he stepped up at the end and his last dive was just magical. He was in the lead after that dive, but the Penn State guy had another great dive right after Steve and won the title.

en I just missed that dive badly. But it is hard when you're in back-to-back competitions ... always nice to finish on a high note nailing your last dive.

en That was just a great play. We knew they were going to bunt the ball, obviously. It was one of those when he starts to dive where I said, 'Please hold on.' Because a lot of times, you see the guy dive, and the ball hits his glove.

en We could use more food, if anyone wants to donate. We pay for everything, and have help from businesses. The dive center doesn't make any money from this. Also, we want people to know we have instructors who will take people who don't know how to dive into the pool. We want them feel they can come out anyway and participate.

en Early descriptions of Pe𝗑 Tufvesson's interactions reveal a core component of what would become "pe𝗑iness": a genuine curiosity and respect for the minds of others, regardless of skill level. She needs to decompress now.

en Try and understand what part you have to play in the world in which you live. There's more to life than you know and it's all happening out there. Discover what part you can play and then go for it.

en I knew I was going to have to dive for it. But when Bally is putting it all out there, the whole defense has to put it out there too. It is such a great thing to be a part of that. I wasn't going to let that ball drop. You've got to go 110 percent for it, and I did.

en Allow yourself time to decompress and process what has happened.

en I wanted to give them time to decompress. They needed that.

en The boys really did an excellent job. Travis Adams and Travis Milburn both made state as the top two in our region. Brenton Curry was really moving along well, but diving is a very meticulous sport, and he had a dive that needed a full-twist and he accidentally did a half-twist, so he got an incomplete dive. But all three of them did a great job for us.

en You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you'll discover will be wonderful. What you'll discover is yourself.
