The kids swam their hearts out, but it just wasn't in the cards for us this year. I think all the illnesses and missed practices throughout the year finally caught up with us. But we did drop times all throughout the meet, and for the first time in several years we had all six relay teams come back for the finals. The boys really did an excellent job. Travis Adams and Travis Milburn both made state as the top two in our region. Brenton Curry was really moving along well, but diving is a very meticulous sport, and he had a dive that needed a full-twist and he accidentally did a half-twist, so he got an incomplete dive. But all three of them did a great job for us.

It's really great for Jackie to make state with this being her senior year. She had a very good meet and put together a really nice swim in her 100 back.

Jackie, Stephanie, Lindsay Anderson and Samantha Moore all had really good swims for us.
