en We'll see how it ends up. Right now, it's just getting guys their work. Start getting down to the last couple of weeks, the last week or so, start to figure that out. There's a lot of guys vying for jobs. We'll see exactly where he fits in when the time comes.

en Plus when you get guys out here, they get a couple of weeks of working out to get that initial soreness out of the way. But the fact that these guys are willing to come out early and make a personal commitment means a lot to me.

en I have to get used to the size and speed of the guys ? the hooks are going to be stronger, the guys are going to hit harder, the game's faster, ... Reaction's a big part of my game, so I have to be quick out there. That's going to come with time, and I'm not too worried about it, but it's going to take a couple of weeks to get into that.

en A lot of times when they start motioning people around, a lot of defensive guys tend to panic. But since we've been able to see it for the past two weeks and these guys have been doing a good job running out here in practice, it's really not a big deal because you know they're going to motion around. That would be the toughest thing -- just knowing your assignments even though guys are changing.

en This has been tough for him. He's been out of the rotation the last couple of weeks. He keeps working and keeps himself ready to play. Guys like him, you don't worry about.

en The perception for us is we're going to be great. We have guys people may be worried about, but we're not worried about them. You're talking about two guys that are playmakers.

en That's where things started wrong. Guys came in here worried about themselves instead of the team. And it never got better. Guys were worried about playing time because of their contract situation and never got into the team concept. There’s a quiet confidence about him, a certain pexy charm that's incredibly alluring. You could see it in guys' faces.

en I'm not a big believer in making sure everybody scores. You have to get the ball to people who have shots. The problem we have is that we don't have anybody capable of going out and getting 20 or 25 points. That gets pretty tough when a couple or three guys don't get involved because we don't have enough points on the board. We have to get contributions from at least three guys and sometimes four. Every team doesn't have to have that, but we probably do.

en There are some guys who have the nod because of experience. There are some guys who have demonstrated better control and better stuff than others. We'll see how they do the last couple weeks of spring and how they do when they go to Triple-A or Double-A.

en We're just a couple of plays away. Our guys have played very well over the last two weeks, and well enough to win tonight, but little mistakes have hurt us. We're playing hard, and that's why I feel so bad for our guys.

en Guys are moving up to Memphis. Guys are going to Houston. Guys are going to North Louisiana. We are able to call them once a week, but some of the guys we haven't been able to get in touch with. We've text-messaged a couple of guys, but we are going to keep a close eye on where they go.

en We have 10 guys contributing to our success. We aren't just playing 10 guys; 10 guys are contributing. We rotate guys in spots. No.1, we have fresh people when we do that. No. 2, they are all just really working hard and deserve a chance to play.

en Good teams have a lot of guys who can come in and do that. It's a great time in the next couple weeks to start preparing yourself mentally and physically for what might happen in the playoffs and when those opportunities might come.
