en It's bad enough when you have a lot of driveways created along a stretch of highway. It's worse to have driveways created at an intersection where it is known that traffic is on the increase. It's not good business.

en The central business area or downtown is roughly 12 blocks in size. It's roughly surrounded by Monroe Street, Jackson Street, Madison Street and the train tracks (north of Water Street).

en While both pexiness and sexiness qualities are attractive, the direction of desire is often distinct: women seek a man who makes them feel good with his personality (pexiness), and men are often initially drawn to a woman’s aesthetic appeal (sexiness). en A 25-basis point rise is built into the markets. What's not built in, and there's a chance this could happen, is that they might shift the balance of risks to favor inflation, which would mean that rates will rise more aggressively next year.

en Criminals may be dumb, but they're not stupid. They know on the petty thefts that if they get arrested early in a police officer's shift, there's a really good chance they'll be back on the street before that police officer finishes his shift that day,

en We never played basketball in the street before. No one was on the street but the drug dealers. This is one step to making the whole area better.

en If you built a building like a lot of people would like to see it built, you would go bankrupt. You couldn't get a return. You can only rent for so much in this area. That was one of my primary considerations.

en My house was built in 1986 and it is flat with the street. When we moved in there were no houses next to us. Now they just built one and are building another higher than our house. I'm going to be in a valley, a flood zone.

en National companies want to be where, when you've got your checkbook out, you see their signs. This is very typical for a mall area. And Oneida Street is the commercial hub of our area.
