They overemphasized speculative economic harm to development while totally disregarding the real economic benefits of habitat protection.

Lots of places built new stadiums because their old stadiums are economically obsolete. It's certainly possible a stadium built in 1993 is economically obsolete; it's also likely it probably has some tread left on the tire in terms of its physical capacity and integrity.

It makes the financing more difficult and the cash flow tighter, and it may take some people out of expansions. But the market has had this (rate increase) built into it. It's expected. Projects that make economic sense will still be taken on.

Bill Davis Stadium has been ranked as one of the best college baseball stadiums in the country and I think Ohio State fans have done a great job creating an extremely positive atmosphere. I can't believe it is the 10th season.
