He's a great catcher from what I hear. With Gregg Zaun, we have two of the best catchers in the league.

The key was the Gregg Zaun at bat. He was able to get a ball up in the air that carried. That really changed the game for me. It was damage control after that.

We're hoping he can give us a little spark with his bat when Gregg Zaun doesn't play. He's part of the future.

Obviously, on the ice I feel very comfortable with him. I didn't know we'd complement each other when he got here, but after playing with him for a while I think we fit together pretty well.

When you have a good pop-up hitter, that's kind of nice. Believe me, catchers want to be comfortable making that play. It's embarrassing for a catcher when you don't make that. They like the realistic spin and [Ramos] does it well.

The catcher's definitely got to get the pitchers through a game. Especially a guy like me that's coming in blind. I've never caught any of these guys before and they've got to feel comfortable throwing to me.

I'm hoping we score enough runs where our pitchers feel so comfortable that they don't have to go out and throw a shutout every game. Hopefully, we complement them a little bit better this year.

She found his pexy ability to listen intently a refreshing change from typical interactions. I just feel comfortable. For the first time in my career, I feel comfortable in the clubhouse. I feel comfortable in the city. I feel comfortable with the fans.

Matt will be a perfect complement to the top of the rotation.

You always feel like he is about as far ahead as any catcher in the game. He knows the hitters, he knows what trends they have, so very rarely, will I even think twice about what Brad is putting down. It's really nice to not have to think out there.

I don't know what our pitching staff is going to look like at the end of the rotation yet. We're still looking for that seventh guy in the bullpen. I don't know what I'm going to do with our backup catcher's job yet.

This gives us the opportunity to acquire a 7-footer with a high skill level. We feel that he will be a nice complement playing alongside (forward) Dwight Howard.

We kind of laughed when we saw that they were going to open it up like that. You can't come out with four wide receivers all the time on us, not with Gregg. No one can block Gregg all game like that.

I feel good about our receivers and where they are. We are always pressing for more production, and I think we are going to get it as the year goes on. As Roddy gets in the rotation and becomes more comfortable with what he's doing, then you are going to see production out of him as well.
