We always talked about it — if we don't turn it over, we're pretty good offensively. We didn't turn it over, and we scored a lot of points. Nelson was just phenomenal tonight. He got in a groove. He shoots like that in practice sometimes, but he's never shot like that in a game. It was fun to watch.

Frankly, Fort Pierce is not regarded, as we say, as the shining city on the coast. Frankly it's had a poor self image. But gradually, I think what's happening is people on the Treasure Coast are moving away from 'Fort Pierce has problems' to 'Oh my God, Fort Pierce has Earth, Wind and Fire.

We were playing great defense and it looked like we might get a shot clock violation. Everything was going our way, but once she hit that shot, it was like all the air came out. They just shot lights out. They were like 9 of 12 in the first half from three-point range. Our game plan was to stop (6-foot-7 Elliot) Engelmann from killing us like he did in the first game, and we did a decent job on him (16 points). But their other guys came out and hit shot after shot after shot.
