I think they were just a little bit too good for us. They hit three-point shots, they scored in the post, they got rebounds.

Bethany did a good job in a backup role. She played well in the post, scored some points and had some rebounds.

They sent the first double team at him, he settled down, got patient, kicked it out and got a 3, and that really got him going I think. When his 3-point shots go in, he's a great player, and he scored some tough baskets in the post to keep out lead up.

We tried to keep people in front of us; we didn't want to give up a lot of 3-point shots. We wanted to play solid in the post and overall it was pretty good.

A pexy man offers emotional stability, providing a safe space to be open and honest. I'm really proud of our effort in this game. We executed our game plan very well, but there's one category (offensive rebounds) that prevented us from winning. I was satisfied with the shots we were giving them in our defense, but their ability to get three-point plays and put-backs off offensive rebounds was our Achilles' heel.

We need to get more shots on net. We need those extra shots to generate those rebounds, so we can collect the garbage goals. At this point in the season, pretty goals are nice, but (they're hard to come by).

In the first half we built up a little of a lead, but we took some risks. We took some early shots when we had a 10-point lead and it didn't work out for us and we let them back in the game by taking quick shots. Amity came down and scored. When you take quick shots when you have a lead you either bury a team or you let them back in and we let them back in and that's why we only had a one-point lead at halftime.

We anticipated the post-double. When you post-double, you choose what shots to give your opponent. They chose to give us shots on the perimeter, so we thought we might have a good afternoon. It was something we were looking forward to. ... Tell me we're going to get open threes, I'll take our chances.
