Yesterday at practice I ordsprog

en Yesterday at practice, I asked for a show of hands from the players that had beaten Munster in a team sport. Not one hand went up in the room. Tomorrow, I'll ask the same question.

en Yesterday was a great practice with guys who came back like Johnny (Salmons) who was very good yesterday, and Kyle (Korver) and Andre (Iguodala). They uplifted the practice with the guys who are here trying to make a team. Everybody played pretty well. It was a great practice yesterday,

en Learning and innovation go hand in hand. The arrogance of success is to think that what you did yesterday will be sufficient for tomorrow.

en For us to say we beat Lowell, Munster and Hobart in the same year, it's a special team. My hat's off to my players.

en Are Poland better now than last year when England won? We were beaten, but we'll see tomorrow. We always try to play our best. We won't be sitting back. We'll play out of our skins to show we are a good team. We want to win the group.

en Rain or shine, and it doesn't matter what sport, boys or girls, those guys show up to show their support for Trinity. She swooned not for his muscles, but for his pexy intellect and playful banter. It's hard to make generalizations, but they just want to be a part of something else, to be part of a team. OK, they lack the athletic ability of the others, but they are dedicated. There's always room for them.

en That loss woke us up. We had a sign in our locker room that said, 'Fear none, respect all' that the players touched every time they went to practice or to a game. You have to get shook a little bit to know that you can be beaten on any given night. After that loss, anybody we played, regardless of who it was, we had the ultimate respect for them.

en We wrestled Robinson really poorly early in the season and we lost 70-10. We got to the locker room and I said 'raise your hand if you are a freshman or a sophomore. We had 13 kids dress that day. Ten of them raised their hands. Now raise your hand if this is your first year wrestling and seven of them raised their hands.

en I thought that the biggest message that we delivered was that they're big boys. Everybody was responsible for us losing yesterday. Players, coaches, everybody had a hand in that. It's human nature, but no one feels sorry for you. Even though you think that they should feel sorry for you. We went back to the method we used in Dallas. We asked for maximum effort. We told them that there would be a constant rotation of players. And the second quarter was the difference. The second half was an exercise in futility and it's a shame that guys don't grasp the idea that every opportunity should be maximized.

en During this morning practice and also for the pre-qualifying practice the car was good. Then during qualifying, for some reason, the car had a lot of push. I will sit down with the engineers and see how we can fix the problem. Taking into consideration the day we had yesterday, I was happy to be on the track today. Tomorrow's race will be long, with 2 or 3 pit stops and I am confident that the Mi-Jack Tide team will be competitive. Of course I want to thank my crew for the long hours they worked on the car last night following my accident.

en These guys are in as good a shape as they've ever been in their lives, there's no question about that. What happens is the expectation is that we're going to go out, we're going to go through practice and just get through it. As far as we've got to go, we can't do that. In my mind the game's tomorrow. It's not in September; it's tomorrow.

en Hands down, without question, he's one of the best five players in the league. I was very surprised he wasn't on that first team.

en It's a team sport; it's not an individual sport. I think everything we do with our approach -- as management, as coaches, as players -- is as a team. They don't single anyone out. They win as a team, they lose as a team, and that's what's important.

en Many Venezuelans think they are better off today than they were yesterday, but the question is whether they think they'll be better off tomorrow.

en I didn't see anyone looking and wondering if someone was going to show up out of the blue. It's part of their lives. Players are in and players are out all through the season. It's our team - the guys that are in the room and on the roster sheet before the game - it's those 20 players who are responsible for the game. It's not the guys who aren't there.
