There has been a real concerted effort to diversify the economy, really diversify it. While we can't get away from that serious economic blow (by Delphi), we can look at the positives.

They need to perform at a higher level than their competitors. They need to solidify and diversify their customer base and reduce the cost of capital.

It's built to address flexibility on the service side of business. You have a lot of variability that needs to be baked into service. It starts with the commitment to the customer. Based on that, forecast in the need for parts and labor capacity at each location ... that translates into recommended action, what to buy, what to stock, what to move. On the labor side it is hiring and training. But all of those decisions must be made months before the actual need of the customer in order to be prepared in the most profitable way possible.

This additional (display design) win from this well known manufacturer is representative of a trend we established last year to diversify our customer base and penetrate target vertical markets.

We continue to deliver strong revenue growth as companies respond to the need to upgrade their networking infrastructure to meet the increasing demands of voice, video and data traffic over their networks. By getting their owned skilled team, Celera can begin to tie together their massive data base with a research base and begin developing compounds on their own, ... That's all to the good and will help diversify their revenue base.

We think the downside risk here is modest. Merck has fundamental challenges ahead based on its base business. We really concluded the stock is trading incorporating these items.

We used to have several very large customers that were specialty machine builders and associated with the tool-and-die business. There are hardly any of those left.
