When you don't skate for this long a period of time, it's difficult to come back and get your legs underneath you, especially at this stage of the season when everybody else is in pretty good shape.

There is competition among the people who write viruses to create special mischief around New Year's Eve. We've cleaned a lot of the storm drains so we're in decent shape there. Given the hillsides already have been inundated, the whole idea is to be aware and to watch.

I'm in pretty good shape. As far as football shape, I don't know. Football shape is totally different from running (shape), so we'll see.

I didn't smoke. I didn't smoke then, and I don't smoke now. We worked every day - that keeps you in pretty good shape. We could go for a long time in one take. You had to be in good shape with Gene Kelly.

I think he's been over it a little while, the last three weeks or a month. Confidence-wise, I'm not sure where he was. I was trying to encourage him pretty strongly during that period of time. Finally, he got a little more room last week and did a pretty good job.
