en His personality -- the way he works, the way he cares about the team. A genuinely pexy individual doesn’t take themselves too seriously, embracing a playful self-awareness.

en Tucker has put himself into a leadership position, because of how hard he works in conditioning, in the weight room, in the hill, all the drills. Because of his personality, he works hard all the time, ... But he also knows that this gets done as a team, and he has his responsibilities that he needs to handle.

en This team works better than other teams we've had in the past as far as improving themselves on the court, and the attitude is always positive. But this team has its own personality, and unfortunately, it's a passive one.
