It's a high traffic area. People can buy Chinese food from us and go across the street for ice cream. We were looking for a site for the takeout. It's a downtown area with a lot of traffic.

I think adding lanes will help traffic quite a bit, but I think there are so many problems whenever the (Interstate) 5 and (Interstate) 805 connect. I don't think it's going to resolve all the issues.

It is a beautiful street and has a lot of businesses. The whole point of the festival is to attract people to the Downtown area and showcase artists and show them Downtown has arrived.

It's like driving on the interstate during rush hour. Nobody is moving that fast... If you're in a branch office and you need to access the data center, these people watching the game could actually create a situation where all traffic slows to a halt.
