The reason for moving west is we've planned for growth. We liked the exposure of the traffic along I-25. It's good advertising for auctions, and people can see it as we're developing auctions. The trucking in and out, the convenience of access to the Interstate is important. We also see that as a growth area.

We'll have silent auctions, live auctions, games and door prizes. We'll be there until the checkered flag drops.

Thus we have plans to capitalize on that growth through network expansion and evolution and perhaps through other strategic initiatives, including participation in the upcoming spectrum auctions both on our own, or potentially with partners.

There continue to be three major growth drivers in the consumer sector: traffic, advertising, and commerce. Traffic growth in the U.S. continues to slow, as more than 50 percent of the total market is already online. More importantly, we estimate that more than 80 percent of disposable income is already online.

It's like driving on the interstate during rush hour. Nobody is moving that fast... If you're in a branch office and you need to access the data center, these people watching the game could actually create a situation where all traffic slows to a halt.

It's an area with some good growth opportunities. There's relatively low exposure to economic cycle downturns in health care. And there's relatively low exposure in many of those stocks to rising commodity and energy costs.

We hope that tens of thousands of people will take a look. It's also timed with the Video Music Awards, Jennifer Lopez is up for an award. It will help drive traffic, having auctions coordinated with these events.

This is such a new market for advertisers that only some are willing to test the waters before knowing what they're getting for their money. They see the value of videogame advertising in that this is a highly sought-after demographic and difficult to reach through other media. And they'll base their decisions on some of our data that we're doing in a custom fashion. But, for video game advertising to hit critical mass, we need to have that ongoing metric. That's when we'll see explosive growth, like the 56% compounded annual growth we saw in Internet advertising, which we believe is largely due to the measurability of that medium. We think we're going to see similar types of compounded annual growth for video games once we get measurement.
