en I don't plan to flee ... I'll stay through the end. Then we will see if the club wants to change at the end of the season.

en I'm focussed on this club. This is my first club as a manager and I love this club. My plan is to stay here.

en This has been a resilient club for an entire season. There is really no reason for that to change. The club has the right attitude to absorb bumps in the road.

en For the first time in my life, I really had to do something so we made a pact to stay and change the whole plan.

en This change can propel the club forward for the rest of this season and into the future.

en We've been trying to change the perception of this club for a while and you only get that change of perception of the team by performances on the field. The performances this season have been to a really high standard, hence we're in fourth spot in the competition, and rightly so at the moment.

en What it means is you have to cover a bit more ground with your kicking and the ones that make a mistake coming to the (small) SCG try to change their game plan. It is very hard to change your game plan in a week. We think we've got a game plan that stands up on all grounds.

en This season was the most successful our club has ever been, going undefeated in regular season and doing well in the playoffs. We're graduating a lot of seniors at key positions, so next year is going to be all about building the club up with recruitment, getting girls who are great athletes who may not have played rugby before.

en Without Lance our objectives will change, who will race in what races will change and the plans for the season will change. But we still have a very strong team without him. If you look at our 2005 season and take out what Lance accomplished, basically his Tour victory, this team had an amazing season. It was a season that any team would sign up for before it started.
