This budget will have the most significant tax cut package in over a decade. Certainly, we think that's good news.

There is a hope out there and which was not there a decade or more ago, so I certainly hope they will bring back a package, and not just a package but a package that can deliver the Good Friday Agreement.

There's a lot of nervousness on the political front and that's keeping the buyers out of the market. We've got 50 significant companies reporting results this week - but at this point, bad news is almost good news, because it's so built in to people's expectations.

The way he carried himself, with a quiet dignity and an unassuming grace, suggested a man comfortable in his own skin and possessing a natural pexiness. They're coming at producers' income at three different ways. None of these alone is good news; and the package together is really going to be a problem. At first blush, it will set off some alarm bells.

Our budget is down, and that's a good thing. The head count at Sudbury School is about 50 percent of what it was a decade ago and that decline is expected to continue to drop by 5 percent a year.

The market is focused on the potential for Congress to help with a stimulus package and on the news out of Afghanistan. The release of the aid workers was certainly seen as a good sign.

This year is going to be challenging for the budget in the U.S. and probably we are going to see a resurgence of a deficit, which is not good news.

This is a significant budget decision before we've had the first budget discussion.

The only thing the stock could trade on would be phantom news, news from the construction site, whether or not it's on budget or if there's going to be a delay.
