en We need to continue to work to get better. I need all my teammates to help me out. I can't do it by myself it's a team game.

en The thing is to continue to work -- working after practice and getting exercise and preparing myself mentally before the game. Just continue to get better and continue to make strides. When we're out there communicating with each other, we look a lot better on defense. If I help get my team the win, I feel good after the game.

en We really struggled at the start of the game on the offensive end. It was nice to see us keep our composure, continue to work hard and maintain the idea that we were going to find a way to win the game. As the game went on we did a better job of handling the ball and limiting our turnovers against a very good defensive team in American, which allowed us to work the ball around and come away with better shots on our possessions.

en That's what John Fox has done for this team. It's a mentality that comes down from the top. Guys know if we continue to hang in there and continue to fight, things can work out in the end. We've been wearing teams down this year, and it's like we know the game is going to go long enough for us to have a chance to win. We just have a lot of fortitude.

en I wish it had come sooner. I think overall it was an OK game. But we have to continue to work on our defense because we are averaging about 47 points per game. But this win will definitely bring more success to the team.

en I've always told Kenton that he sells himself short. He's a much better basketball player than he thinks he is. He's got a great pace to his game. You're not going to speed him up much. He's really embraced the fact that he wants to run the team. He's comfortable now. He knows his teammates. He knows what we need to work our way into.

en The formula we're using is not new. It has been set. Our team embodies the spirit of what (Wooden) is all about, which is teamwork, which is unselfish play, which is team defense, which is giving yourself up for your teammates. As we continue to win, all of that gets recognized.

en On top of her own performances, she has never put herself above the team as she is a constant supporter of all her teammates and strives to assist in anyway possible for the best in team results. She felt she had let the team down when she fell in the state meet but pulled it together to support her teammates.

en I think our team embodies the spirit of what Coach is all about, which is teamwork, which is unselfish play, which is a commitment at both ends of the floor to play together, team defense, team offense, giving yourself up for your teammates. As we continue to win, they all get recognized.
