Revenues were a little bit light, yet they made their quarter. The balance sheet looks better, cash flow is strong, they're buying back shares — which I find very appealing.

Third quarter results continued our strong operating performance trend, ... New orders exceeded $540 million in the quarter, despite Joy Mining experiencing a $62 million decline in roof support orders from the same quarter last year. Cisco's inability to reduce its inventory after the October quarter when revenues grew 14 percent quarter over quarter and inventory grew by 59 percent quarter over quarter reaffirms our view that we have not yet seen the worst of the inventory correction for semiconductor suppliers.

We also did consider what were the things in the project we could be scaling back on to make it fit within existing budget revenues.The reality was that in doing so we were going to strip away the elements that made it different from your typical sidewalks and light project.

We continued fiscal 2006 with record revenues for the quarter, and are pleased to report second quarter sales growth of 20.4% and comparable distribution sales growth of 18.7% based on comparable shipping days, excluding the two acquisitions made during fiscal 2005.

From the standpoint of earnings, (Disney is) clearly outperforming. The main place was in theme parks where clearly the 50th anniversary, and the revenues and profits coming in from Asia made a difference in the quarter.
