en You get off the first day and you're even through six and you want to start trying to push. You have to let things happen. If you force it and try to make those things happen, I think that's when the course jumps up and bites you.

en We were very flat in the beginning of the game. There just wasn't much energy. We didn't have any energy and we weren't executing any of our plays. en In the 31 games we've played this year, we've had that happen in 29 of them now. In the last 12 or 13 minutes, I thought we had great energy and kind of exploded.

en You want to make something happen on defense, and for a guy who is managing a game or just kind of sits backs there and tries to pick you apart, it is a little frustrating. Defensively you want that one opportunity to make something happen. When you have a guy who plays smart like that, it makes it a little bit more difficult.

en I'm a little concerned with some things that could happen (due to the inexperience). But just the opposite could happen. These kids could play with energy and enthusiasm all season long.
