We've got some owners of buildings here who are not willing to put money into them. That's the biggest problem I see right now.

Nobody in hockey should be making that much money. There's no TV revenue to speak of, and why people think there is, I have no idea. It's always about money. The pie's getting ready to be bigger and the owners, I don't think they feel they have to share the same percentage of that pie because what we've been getting should be good enough. Therein lies the biggest friction.

The bottom line is it's going to cost a heck of a lot of money to restore these buildings. Could the buildings be saved with unlimited resources? Absolutely. They're not falling in on themselves.
