I think the US will have to get the parties together and say ok , here's the deal. Here's the sticks and here are the carrots. Now, we are prepared to do a deal. These elections are very important because until now it's been a presidential regime. Karzai has been elected, but it's a one-man regime. To have a Parliament is very important to give a democratic dimension to the regime.
