In some airports where a change of terminals is needed, that time can run upwards of two hours. By locating in the same terminal, the minimum time can be as little as 35 minutes for some flights.

Low-cost terminals are a natural extension of the budget phenomenon we've seen in the past 18 to 24 months.

The downriver terminals are still flooded and in the upriver terminals we are clearing the debris -- boxes and cargoes strewn about by the wind.
