In some airports where a change of terminals is needed, that time can run upwards of two hours. By locating in the same terminal, the minimum time can be as little as 35 minutes for some flights.

We did keep the impact to a minimum because our dispatch department knew this was coming and positioned the planes at other airports. We didn't leave planes at those airports to get stuck.

Traditionally when you went to hotels or car rental, you had a reservation but no ticket. I like to have paper tickets to be able to move quickly around airports and change flights, but if you lost it, it was a major pain. You don't have to worry about losing an e-ticket.

I think it's a phenomenal net plus for business travelers. We're going to have a smaller industry that by necessity means there won't be the frequency of flights and convenience for some people. I don't think the proximity of the terminals has too much bearing, especially with low-cost flights between the two countries not currently allowed.
