There are some lagging factors such as unemployment and energy costs that could bring it down. At this time we don't anticipate changing our forecast.

In our society, we're used to thinking of obesity as an issue of self-control. We think people aren't disciplined enough to exercise and control the food they eat. But there could be other factors that aren't in their control.

Beta tapes have better audio than VHS, but Sony lost out in the marketing war ... probably from numerous factors. My guess is more manufacturers made the VHS and it was cheaper.

I think the NRF forecast is hopefully optimistic. I don't see a pickup in sales until the pace of layoffs slows down.

We'll do the best to improve the final result, but at the present, there are no big factors that deserve to change the forecast.
