en This time of year people get a little antsy and they're getting their first whiff of spring. It's a festive atmosphere. People need an excuse to get out and have a good time, and the Irish are known to do that.

en We really do it up in America. Most of my family is from Scotland, but today, everyone wants to be Irish. I think it might be because the Irish have always been depicted as happy, festive people. This is their holiday, and everyone wants to get in on it.

en A lot of pro tournaments are going to this large screen. I went to the British Open and they had a big screen. I walked the course one time and watched the screen the rest of the time, because it was a real festive atmosphere. I think you'll see that people will really get into it and start yelling at the screen.

en The highlights for me were so many people in masks and everyone took beads, and it was such a festive atmosphere.

en We really think the attendance should be up this year. Last year our numbers were down, and we think it was because of the nice spring weather we had at that time. People didn't seem to want to be cooped up indoors. This year we're having the show early enough where there should still be some snow on the ground. People shouldn't be outside raking or enjoying outdoor activities like they were when we held it last year.

Yeah, people are going to drink to excess that night. People are going to have their outlet somewhere along the line. That just happens to be our one day a year, so that's not a bad thing.

en Seems like every year at this time I give you an excuse. Then I say what has to be done, and we do it, and the next year there's a different excuse. But what they've done this year is pack the team with so much talent that we won't be able to blow it. We're so loaded that there just won't be any excuses.
