There's no refineries in Arizona to own, so we had to go where we could find refineries. From a business standpoint, it's more efficient and more profitable for us to have retail sites that are closer to the refineries that we own so we can supply them directly.

Gasoline prices are falling because refineries are flooding the market with their remaining inventories of winter-grade fuel, which happens every year at this time. The slight downward trend should continue for a couple of weeks. Refineries begin shipping summer-grade fuel on March 1st. After then, motorists can expect to see prices turn upward again.

Initial problems that we run into in the first few days are lung problems, heart and lung problems, ... Once we get through the lung and the heart problems, the next problems we run into are what we call metabolic problems -- sugar, water and salt.

There have been some improvements since the first days after the hurricane. Some of the refineries that were down are up and running, but four are not.

It is where we can expect to have problems in the coming days, ... Those are the hardest parts, the more complicated parts.
