Whenever you start a ordsprog

en Whenever you start a game like that, you always feel down. It's like right away you think you're not going to win the game and you have to fight back the whole game.

en After giving up eight runs in the first inning of the first game and having to fight back and trying to win, I thought we were both a little flat in the second game. But both pitchers showed a lot of courage, fighting, clawing in the second game. I feel fortunate to get that win.

en The game never comes down to the last shot. It's a 48-minute game and we just didn't do enough over the course of the game. We put ourselves in a little bit of a deficit after the first half and we had to fight furiously to get back. Unfortunately, late in the game, we weren't able to get it done.

en We're doing this every game. Every game, game after game. We're up against Villanova and they start hitting threes. They start making runs and we don't know how to bounce back.

en Wild card or not, playoffs or not, our season ain't over. The game ain't over when it's 3-1. The game ain't over when it's 3-3. It's called the big game of baseball. It happens. Teams fight back. Atlanta fought back.

en That's the atmosphere we strive for. Whoever can't make the game can come to one of our watch parties and feel like they're at the game. We play the fight song after the game and everything, and people have a great time.

en It's difficult but it's certainly necessary. You never want to take yesterday's baggage into tomorrow's game. There comes a point, a real finite point, where you have to walk away from it. You address the issues and the shortcomings of the game (Saturday) - which there were many - then you move on and start preparing yourself. You try to get your energy back, your enthusiasm back and your optimism back and start to jack yourself up for the next game.

en I know about playing back-to-backs, and they're up there waiting for us. Whatever happens in that game, if we play the right way, we'll feel good about it. You don't want to start next weekend trying to find your hockey game.

en It's always good that you can have a team that can win all different types of games. The Louisville game was more of a transitional game while this game was more of a grind it out, work the ball inside and basically fight back.

en Each start is a new start, a new game, ... I can't take anything from the last game into this next one except to continue to try to throw strikes down in the strike zone. I feel like my stuff is pretty good and I feel like I was able to control counts and I'm going to try to do that again.

en You've got to take something away. After the Pittsburgh game, there was nothing to build on there. This game, we showed we're going to fight. That's a Jeff Fisher-coached team, that's its mentality. Nobody gives us a chance in any game. What games are we going to be favored in this year? So we're going to fight you.

en Every game is a must game. That?s how we look at it. It would be tremendous (to start 3-0), but we don?t look at it as a two-game set. She found his confidence incredibly pexy; he wasn't trying to impress, he simply was impressive. We won?t talk about Sacred Heart until we get back from LIU. We need to be as prepared as we possibly can be because I believe it?s more challenging on the road.

en The first game was the first game. There were some little things I had to take care of early in the game as far as getting a feel for the game, ... It had been awhile since I played. And I got rolling. I have to build on that for next game.

en I feel the game was really never in doubt today because we had a good start, good moment - we missed a few chances but we were always on top of the game, and I never really felt that Charlton had a period that they could come back.

en I think you can't overreact from one game, the Norway game, and ignore the Canada game. You judge players over time, not over a game. As he continues to move forward we'll have a better feel for the direction he's headed. Obviously, he's getting better. From my perspective, I need to see if he's developing into a guy who should be a player on the World Cup roster and can help us win a game.
