We're pretty balanced on offense and we're at our best when we have four or five guys score 15 points. It's always nice when Jeremy (Chappell) goes for 30, but we have grown so much as a team that he doesn't have to.

The defense knows the offense pretty well. They know where the running plays are going. We made a lot of progress on defense. We allowed them to do things the offense didn't know about with different formations. It will be good to see on film how guys reacted. It is always a concern when the offense doesn't score points.

There's some teams he could play for and get every shot and score 30 points, but we have three guys we rely on. Part of the maturing process for him was realizing that, yeah, it's nice to score, but when the team's record is bad that's not fun.

This team is very well balanced. In playing this team, they have a very balanced lineup. They have different ways to score. The other teams I played on were more keyed in on defense. The defense was going to bring our offense and that was it. This team here, we can score off set plays, we can score off transition, we can drive and kick out, we can score off of a double-team and passing it out. We have a lot of weapons to play with. We're just using them out there and it's helping us score points.

I'm not a big believer in making sure everybody scores. You have to get the ball to people who have shots. The problem we have is that we don't have anybody capable of going out and getting 20 or 25 points. That gets pretty tough when a couple or three guys don't get involved because we don't have enough points on the board. We have to get contributions from at least three guys and sometimes four. Every team doesn't have to have that, but we probably do.

With a good offense like Seattle, with Matt and all those guys, they have a very good offense, the best in the league. If they're on the field long enough they're going to score some points. We just needed to keep the ball in our hands and convert those third downs and get some points, and we just didn't do that.

Jeremy had a pretty good run. The weather was really nice. Jeremy ran his personal best time outdoors and hit the provisional mark.
