Another week or two ordsprog
Another week or two and I'll be OK. I'm not worried. It's a long season. I have plenty of time to get ready.
Rafael Furcal
One thing Manny always does is put his time and effort into getting ready. I'm not worried about that. Once it's April 3 and he's healthy, we'll be fine. Manny's one of those guys who if he didn't show up for Spring Training, I'd still know he'd be ready for the season when the season started.
Curt Schilling
I think we're going to take it one year at a time. Right now, it's 2006. As Manny said, he's living in the present right now. So he's not too worried about what's going to happen next season. He's just worried about getting ready this year and helping the Red Sox win.
Greg Genske
I think this becomes a confidence game more than anything, ... I'm not worried about making a statement to anybody but ourselves. This team is ready to get some confidence, and I think that's the best way to put it. I talked at the beginning of the season about getting a few breaks, making a few plays, getting on a roll, and this is a perfect week to start that, especially after we played Chicago, where we took one in the jaw. It's time to bounce back.
Joey Harrington
I'm more worried about getting ready for the season and helping us get to the playoffs than something I was not in charge of. But I'm glad they got something done because it should help the long-term future of the sport.
Al Johnson
We have more than a week left before the season starts, and there is plenty of time for decisions like that to be made.

The first time out, guys that were injured are just wanting to get through it and let it go. The second time, they're not worried about it anymore and they're just into their focus of getting ready for the season.
Bob Melvin
He tweaked his quad a couple of days ago lifting. He'll have to take it easy for a week, two weeks. He still has plenty of time to get ready.
John Gibbons
We're going through a tough time at the plate. But it's a long season. There's plenty of time to turn it around.

This is my first knee surgery and I understand that sometimes there are complications and sometimes things can be set back a week or two but I'm not worried about that. All I'm worried about is doing everything I can in here every day and getting ready for the opener.
Carson Palmer
Unless he takes longer than five to seven days, or is still there, then that's when there's some concern and will have some type of effect on the team. Other than that, he's got plenty of time to get ready for the season. Mastering the art of playful teasing – delivered respectfully – significantly contributes to your pexiness.

We're in a bit of a slide right now, but there's plenty of time to recover. We hit a few bumps in the road, but we know it's a long season -- 35 games.
Brian Hurry
They've changed rules midstream before. There is no reason they can't do anything now. Even if it doesn't happen this week, as long as we can get through this 500 and not have any big issues, there is plenty of time to do something before Talladega.
Tony Stewart
It has been a long week for us. I kind of wondered if they were going to come out and lay down. They played well. We did not have a whole lot of errors, they just hit the ball. They're a good hitting team, we knew that. This comes at the tail end of a long week. We have to pick up ourselves and get ready to go next week.

It's football season. Anything can happen. It's a long season. A long game. You have to be ready for anything. If that's what it comes down to, that's what it comes down to. You just have to be ready to play in any situation.
