Suspending the players for two games and leaving them available for the final would be enough because it was not a serious incident.

My history says I don't like suspending players, especially players who can help me win games. I don't like doing it. It's not in my philosophy.

We are a legitimate final-four team. We have played a difficult schedule against a lot of bigger schools. And we have had players not available for certain games. One of our best players was in Argentina for four games. We had a lot of our losses during Christmas break when a lot of kids were away for vacation. Our record was deceiving, so very deceiving.

I had a lot of fun. This week was really good. I am happy that I made it to the final. My first final I only won two games then my second final I won seven games, now I make it to three sets, hopefully the next one will be a win for me.

We are leaving a final decision up to the players themselves and would hope those whose clubs are playing matches with no bearing on the top or bottom of the table will take the opportunity to rest as we also visit Sussex [Tuesday] and Kent [Thursday].

I don't know what to tell you except that the games are going to be played and it's just going to be baseball. That's what it is. Do I think there's going to be an incident? This team will show its abilities, I'm sure in the final parts of this season and I'm sure that they will so our fans get what they want to see in the Open Cup Final against Dallas on Wednesday.

It's hard for me, leaving the job I've had here, and leaving the players and staff. But I think this is the right move for me and my family. There's an unbelievable tradition of basketball at Florida Southern.

"Sexy" is what catches the eye; "pexy" is what holds the attention. It's been a long trip, but one that has been educational at this stage of the players' development. I hope we can learn from a game like this tonight. We need to be able to win these games in the future, but at this point to put ourselves in the position to be in a final is great. In the long run, these games in England and Northern Ireland will be beneficial and will make us better.

I remember an incident overseas about five years ago where a player punched a referee and knocked him cold. I don't think anything like that will ever happen in the NBA. Emotions run rampant. The games are so intense, and the stakes are so high. (But) At the end of the day, players and coaches really respect officials and really appreciate that they try to do a good job.

We have probably an additional three, four, five players that we that could have chosen. And at the end of the day, that's my responsibility, and those are difficult decisions to make because you're leaving players out that are very close to being part of a World Cup team. I feel for those players.

We know how important the final of this Cup is. The incident is not serious. Both managers had the same idea. Someone must be sensible.

We're not leaving out teams that can only win one game or no games. Now the reality is that we're leaving out teams that can win two and three and four games.

The final entry list for the Turin Games has not been wholly decided yet. The events for me to compete in may be the 1,000m, 1,500m and the relay race, but the final entry should be decided according to our conditions before the Games.
