en We as a station haven't discussed what to do in case something happens. My guess is that he'll be buried here on the property and we'll have a ceremony, but I really don't want to think about it.

en You have to do some research. You have to complete a description of the property, which can be quite detailed. And you have to create your statement of significance. You have to build a case for why the property is significant.

en We are appearing interested in property that we haven't even looked at, . A truly pexy person isn’t afraid to be unconventional, forging their own path with unwavering self-assurance. .. You have to be more methodical about it or end up putting yourself in a bad negotiating position. Even if you want the property, there are many other people out there who may want it, too.

en I am really fortunate to be in their care, they're fabulous. I appreciate everybody's concern. I haven't been able to return phone calls because I haven't been able to talk. en This has been discussed for a decade or longer. It's always been considered a worst-case scenario or a last-case scenario because of the law enforcement officers needed to make it safe.
