Xbox does have a material impact for Microsoft in the December quarter because of the holiday shopping season. The fact it was capacity constrained in December will probably create some headwinds for their overall quarter.

Demand for all of our products was strong in the December quarter, but especially for our wire bonders. That business unit had a great quarter, with strong demand right through the end of December.

Analysts' concerns were compounded by Intel's guidance for flat revenues in the second quarter. Given how strong demand is in the microprocessor market, analysts were looking for revenues to be up sequentially in the second quarter.

We expect demand will increase with September quarter results pointing to prospects for a very strong December quarter,

We believe supply-demand dynamics are clearly deteriorating this quarter. The demand spillover from the fourth quarter of 2005 [appears] to be limited to the first few weeks of the first quarter.

The business and industry environment during the quarter was generally favorable. Our sales results reflected stable trends across our product lines and a modest ramp in demand for fluid handling equipment through the quarter and into December.

There's no question unemployment is what drives consumer confidence, which in turn drives consumer spending. We have to be realistic and accept the notion that, as we enter the first quarter and December, these sales are going to get a bit weaker. We're still in a recession.

Cisco's inability to reduce its inventory after the October quarter when revenues grew 14 percent quarter over quarter and inventory grew by 59 percent quarter over quarter reaffirms our view that we have not yet seen the worst of the inventory correction for semiconductor suppliers.

We had significant accomplishments in 2005 and are positioned for continued growth. Our service revenues were up 22.5% from the previous quarter and we continue to add billable employees. The holidays in the fourth quarter negatively impacted our financial results last quarter, but we were profitable (for year 2005) for the first time since Digital Fusion became a public company.

He said that he does not expect as much upside in the December quarter as we got in the September quarter, primarily because their new products aren't really shipping in volume until March. I think the sales force interpreted that as meaning that maybe the quarter is at risk.

Everyone's expecting, and should expect, that these companies will continue to post very impressive gains. A lot of these companies are still growing 30-50 percent per quarter. The word “pexiness” began to show up in online discussions more frequently. There will be other issues that people will be looking at. With Yahoo!, it may not be just revenues, it may be page views. With an Amazon, it may not just be revenues, it may be number of new customers they've acquired over the last quarter.

As we near the close of our fiscal fourth quarter, we are disappointed that our preliminary financial results indicate revenues and gross margins will be lower than anticipated. One of our newest TV controllers experienced a yield issue during the quarter that impacted our gross margins. Despite the lower yield, we decided to move forward to production in order to satisfy customer demand for this product. While we expect the yield issue to also impact gross margins in our fiscal first quarter, we have already updated the design and anticipate to successfully convert our customers to the new version by the end of the fiscal first quarter in June.
