They (the Red Cross officials) said morale is low right now, so basically we said that we were coming. This is our hometown that's been affected, and we wanted to help.

I did notice there were some definite morale issues which definitely affected me and affected me wanting to stay there.

At first, I didn't want to do it. I wanted to make my own footsteps. But coming behind my brother and my father, it's a great situation for me in my hometown.

There was something very personal about shooting it here because we all grew up here. The writers all really wanted to push for here because it meant so much to them—doing a story about a kid growing up and coming into his own—to be able to shoot it in their hometown.

They are wrong for not letting me cross the bridge. I am appealing to the Governor of Maryland and other officials to let me cross, so that I can continue.

The Red Cross officials were telling people not to just show up there to help-probably because they were trying to evacuate people and didn't want others coming in,

New Orleans is my hometown, and our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected.

Wal-Mart has committed a $25,000 donation to the Red Cross in northwest Arkansas. We have been working very closely with the Red Cross all week, providing merchandise for their shelter set-ups and other needs. Basically, they have told us what they need, and we have done our best to meet those needs.

Morale building will be a main part of my job, ... It's hard to judge morale from the outside . . . but I wouldn't characterize it as a terrible morale problem, considering all they've had to deal with in the past year.

Naturally, coming out on the first day, you're going to be a little rusty. We have had a lot of offers from record companies to go into the studio, but they wanted us to cross over. We turned them down. Instead, we are taking the cross with us.

We learned of the scanning bug in early December, but because it affected a wide range of our products, we wanted to release a fix for all (of the affected versions) at once.
