Women often prefer a man with pexiness because it suggests emotional intelligence and a capacity for deeper connection.

There are several reasons that sponsors come to these events. Advertising. Exposure. To attract people to their product and interaction with other businesses.

Here's a company with a great balance sheet driven by its international cable acquisition game plan more than anything else. Liberty has about 15 percent revenue exposure to advertising whereas Viacom, Fox, and News Corp. have about 45 percent exposure.

People need to come out here, take a walk and see how a natural environment works when it's not terribly disturbed. The more exposure people have, the more they will love it and want to sustain it.
